The tree represents the Eldian family. Much like how in Christianity, Jesus is the vine/trunk and every branch represents the Jews/Christian. Everyone is connected to the source and produces fruit. So in AOT, the tree literally connects Eren’s people to Ymir

calvin is confusing the discussion. all eldians are connected to the coordinate. ymir makes all titans even the mindless ones not just the nine are connected to that tree like light. otherwise eren wouldnt be able to talk to them all. also there are eldians around the world being treated badly but eren says any one not on the island is gonna get killed which includes those eldians that have hated the paradis eldians because they were made out to be the bad versions. like black people and black people in a gang. gang activity bad but not all black people are associated with gangs mentality. also the nine titan powers may have been accidently created. another thing calvin confused is the first king fritz isnt the one who ran away to the island and swore peace that was only a hundred years ago and created the walls. u saw that original king fritz talking on his death bed about not letting the power of the titans die out for eldia. so eldian king fritz 2000 years ago was a small clan taking over nearby places, ymir got caught as a slave and got this power and king fritz used it to face the marlyans which were a more powerful kingdom that sounds like they somehow abused eldia before they got the titan power whcich allowed them to win over marlya. essentially there is no good person on either side at the beginning it was just basic war till eldia got ymir and they used her to conquer more and more. and it looks like most eldians were probably conceived through slaves who also got caught by the eldian empire. point is blaming an entire race for the deeds ordered by a corrupt king was a mistake. the real solution is get rid of titan powers but that would leave all current eldians weak and vulnerable to abuse by the rest of the world because they no longer have a power greater than their technology. but yeah eldians were not that small village that ymir was part of, eldia came and conquered that village and made them all slaves of the eldian empire. so ymir was never someone who created eldia it already existed she was just an abused slave that followed the original king fritz’s orders to help conquer more but she also did good like making rodes and building bridges like grisha believed when they tried to decipher the books of the past. both histories are true but all the blame goes to ymir not king fritz who simply used his slave as a weapon after she randomly got this power to become a titan. years later marley just got their hands on titans and did the same to the rest of the world while saying we arent as evil as the eldians who did the same thing. so order of power goes old marley>(beaten by titan power) old eldian empire>>> (lasted a long time but marley would have done the same) new marley> (broke the walls and unleashed hell) new eldian empire (current status). but yeah old king fritz took slave made sure to breed them to create more eldians who have either ymir’s or fritz’ blood to have people who could become titans or people of royal fritz blood to control titans power. its all original king fritz’s fault. if he was content with what he had none of this would be happening
