Something to remember is that saul Goodman tells Walt in breaking bad that his real name is Jimmy. It’s not a secret, he’s not using a fake identity, that would be hard to get a license for. He said it sells better then the Irish name but if that’s the real reason we’ve yet to see(as far as you are)
