People much smarter them myself actually worked it out and figured it would be possible for the village to have been born from the space crew. But like Rick said, they would have to win the “lottery” in genetics. So while possible it would be extremely rare.

It’s possible that even Byakuya doesn’t know who Senku’s mom is
Byakuya was a single father who adopted Senku. Who Senku’s biological parents are doesn’t really matter
