- Check that your Patreon subscription is active. Patreon’s API will not unlock content unless your pledge status is active.
- Check your bank account and make sure that the charge from Patreon does not say pending. If the charge is still listed as pending, you will not have access. You may need to contact your bank or Patreon support to resolve this issue.
- Try changing your pledge currency to USD. There is a known issue where the Patreon API connection might not work if your currency is not set to USD.
