1. In Florida all you need is a HS degree and to complete a 20 hour certification program. I think certain counties may have stricter requirements, but not many do. Subs in Florida are basically expected to be babysitters in most places.

3. You don’t need a Masters to be a substitute teacher! It probably depends on the district (or state?) but in poorer school districts like Philly, you pretty much just need to be willing to show up.
