“5 wennies” is referring to Todoroki specifically, when he and Bakugo were dealing the kids back in season 4 when they had to take extra lessons to get their provisional license. One of the kids was playing with Todoroki’s cylinder belt attachments and called them wennies
My question at this point is, how captured is All For One really? Is he just going along with this containment to get to this point of a plan and will easily escape now that his time will come?
