What group would be dumb enough to ask the same inane question every. single. week. under every Naruto reaction for THREE YEARS? It’s genuinely crazy that people haven’t given up on this yet, as if surely THIS week will be the week when they check the comments and YOUR comment will be the one that changes their mind about this after thousands of equally asinine, nearly identical comments didn’t.
You kids need to learn how to get over it lol, either quit watching the reaction or accept that the one episode per week format doesn’t bother you enough to stop and quit bitching about it.
I understand the frustration to be had with Blind Wave watching Shippuden at a snail’s pace, I get that watching not just Naruto but ANY show for such an absurd amount of time is ridiculous, but I also understand people’s frustrations with these frustrations. Because guys, it’s already been 3 YEARS and you’re still complaining to Blind Wave about watching Naruto 2 a week. But you see these two groups are 2 sides of the same coin. Being frustrated at each other and toxic isnt gonna solve anything. So for people who are frustrated at Blind Wave watching Naruto slowly, I suggest to unsub for now and find another Youtuber who does anime reactions to shows like Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece faster. Trust me there are some GREAT youtubers out there with awesome reactions and discussions AND they watch it faster than Blind Wave. So just watch them, and when Blind Wave eventually get to an arc you like, resub for the amount of time that arc lasts then end your sub until they get to something interesting again. Because they have already discussed your frustrations and complaints but unfortunately they are not gonna change it because it would just be too much work and mess up their entire format and schedule. As for people being frustrated at Naruto fans, you guys need to also understand that some people are diehard fans of certain shows and they love and value Blind Wave’s content and their thoughts on said show. So of course it would be frustrating to know that it’s gonna take them 8 years to finish the entire show with how their current format. Just please try not to be toxic to each other and act like reasonable adults, please.

So I think this is probably for me where the straw breaks the camels back. I do enjoy watching Blindwave but I don’t feel like the money I put in gives me the value that I was once getting. I’ll detail a few reasons of my decision as I hope this gets put back to the Blindwave crew in some way.
– Blindwave do not seem to want to break from them current process, it works for them and they are very clearly set on not moving it from previous statements. I primarily came here to watch anime based reactions which is a portion of what Blindwave do, however the current anime based content isn’t what I personally enjoy.
– I have quite enjoyed watching Naruto, it seems quite clear to me that they do enjoy watching parts of it and having started to take jabs of it trying to slow down the pace of the show. This probably kept me around longer as well, as some episodes where quite funny.
— Naruto Shippuden in itself (if we take it at Manga canon episodes) has 295 episodes give or take, where looking at just under 6 years to complete the series. I/Myself don’t think it’s reasonable to expect for someone to stick around for that length of time episode as a paid customer.
– I’m not a personal fan of AssClass, it’s not my show. I was personally VERY surprised given that the show won the polling given that other shows are way more popular. Maybe I’m underestimating the fan base around it. If you do enjoy, I’m happy for you and I won’t try and take that away.
– My Hero Academia for a very long time has not been an interesting show to watch for myself, not because of Blindwave but due to it’s quality. It’s a shame only recently that it’s started to improve.
I think for a number of people like myself. Naruto has become the only show they watch here at Blindwave currently, the people that are watching know how BORING and how TEDIOUS Shippuden can be especially where we are now specifically in the story. I and think others are looking to power through this content so that the content that is work watching each week is actually shown sooner rather than later, which isn’t unreasonable to ask for when where talking about such a long series as we could be talking nearly a year+. If we where talking about a 12 or 24 episode season I don’t think that would be reasonable to ask as it’s really only a short period of time to wait.
I do reject the opinion the show released once a week therefore they need to watch in that order as well, it’s an artificial constraint that doesn’t need to be applied.
For those who say to “stop complaining”, I’m a long time lurker and have been for a few years. I also pay for Blindwave content, I have a voice in how there content is produced and for any business that does this work who has a fanbase that pay for there work, they need to consider what there audience is wanting and feedback to people joining or leaving.
Either way, I’ll be cancelling my current sub due to the above. I hope that I’ll be back when Anime content seems to pick back up and is worth a Patreon sub and just sit on the free tier.

If you’re subscribing to a Patreon creator for only one show you’re doing it wrong and you will never be satisfied.

I keep scrolling down to the comments and thinking “hm, I wonder what folks thought about the reaction”, only for it to STILL be people whining about the 1-a-week thing and usually nothing else.
Guys. It’s been 3 YEARS. GET OVER IT, THEY’RE NOT CHANGING. If you really care that much about it, then unsub from their Patreon, and shut the hell up. It would benefit everyone.
And to the people acting like they’re doing this out of greed and/or not listening to their audience…Do you just…not watch Blind Wave at all? Not only is this ALWAYS how they react to shows, they have literally referenced the 1-a-week debate in these reactions. They’re aware of it, but they’re not changing.
One: It’s not the only show they watch. They have a schedule, and they need to stick to it.
Two: they also have LIVES. They’re not just content machines that only exist on the camera.
So please.

For the ones saying “they’re watching it as it aired” that’s true, but would it kill them to to a special double upload every once in a while?! I mean even we got multiple episodes sometimes as it aired on tv. Plus it would actually be a nice way to actually thank their fans for sticking with them for so long after making this horrible decision to react to this show like this. If someone is paying 15 bucks a month to complain about the 1 show they wanna watch. I personally think that’s hilarious. Cause I read naruto week to week for years. So it was even slower than the anime. You lot are just being babies.

Gotta love it when all of these ‘fans’ of a show say its their favorite show of all time, but what they mean is “I really like some of the fight scenes when the character talks a lot about friendship and love and then powers up and does a super move and the music goes duuurrrr’ If that’s all they wanted The Blind Wave Crew to react to was their fav fights scenes they could have done a super cut youtube video years ago.

we are the dumb ones for thinking they even care about the show. They are keeping it 1 a week so they can make more money off of this show. Longer it goes, longer people gotta stay subbed, the more money it racks in. They’re the smart ones, just gotta pretend to be interested in it and get some easy cash from Naruto fans. If they had any real interest in it they would have been doing 2 episodes a week to save them from the god awful pacing.
