So slight correction, the trial of grasses does effect everyone a little differently, but the reason geralt has white hair is because he handled the mutation so well, the mages put him through an experiemental second mutation, that hes the only one to ever survive, and it basically made him the best witcher ever to exist
This movie was so unexpectedly good. I generally have hesitations and lowered expectations when watching Netflix animated stuff, but especially as someone who’s played all the Witcher games and seen the first season (of course) it really left me thoroughly satisfied. Beautiful animation, clever fight choreo, and great characters/story as well. 10/10 for me and most of all, glad Rick loved it too!

Eric plays Witcher 3? Hopefully some day. I guess he’ll want to experience the entire story of the show first.
Yeah the swamp test is usually done after they’ve been mutated and Geralts hair is down to increased mutation makiing him better than everyone else
